I’ve got one of these in the oven right now… be done in a little over a half hour. my regular store was doing a special on packs of chuck 3 lbs or more, so this is going to be a HUUUGE meatloaf. had to ditch the bread pan and go for a cookie sheet…

it might not be “health” food, but there are WAY worse things you can stuff in your pie-hole… and the spinach and oatmeal and all that can help you pretend it’s good for you
