Some of you may think that Jason Vorhees of Friday the Thirteenth fame, was the orginator of the hockey mask. Well, puck breath, that ain’t quite right. You see, it was actually a French Canadian by the name of Jacques Plante, who first donned a goaltenders face mask on November 1, 1959. 			With the new hit TV series Cougar Town becoming all the rage, how could I not make the luscious Ms. Courtney Cox the next mama to be inducted into this here Hallowed Hall of Elder Female Fame? There’s a sexiness to Courtney that’s hard to describe -- maybe sultry is more the proper term.

You may have first seen her in Bruce Springsteen’s Dancin’ in the Dark video, as the girl being pulled on stage, but for most of us, it was Monica Geller on the longtime hit series, FRIENDS, where Courtney caught our eyes and maybe some other parts of the anatomy as well. She actually auditioned for the part of Rachel, but as we know, Jennifer Aniston took that part and it didn’t turn out bad for Ms. Cox. I said Cox…heh, heh, heh. In 2005, Cox, Aniston, and Lisa Kudrow became the highest paid television actresses of all time, making a record one-million dollars per episode, each. Many don’t know that she was actually to become the character Susan Mayer on Desperate Housewives, but she got busy with David Arquette and her pregnancy was the reason why Teri Hatcher got that job. She did a stint on the short lived FOX series, Dirt, and a few episodes of that god-awful show, SCRUBS, but the bodacious brunette has made her triumphant return as the brutally sexy and superficial MILF-Supreme, Jules Cobb of COUGAR TOWN. Yeah, it’s kind of a chick show, and the characters are shallow and predictable, but as cartoon bear in the the old cereal commercial used to say, “I just can’t get enough of that sugar crisp!” At 45, she’s hot as all hell and she’s our Week 12 COUGAR HOF Inductee.
