JUDGE SENTENCES RETAILER FOUND GUILTY IN FLORIDA CIGAR COUNTERFEITING CASE

A Florida judge Monday sentenced James David Joiner, who had been found guilty of vending goods with counterfeit trademarks, to 364 days in Broward County Jail and five years probation.
